By creating an account on DiecastVault, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. DiecastVault is currently in beta and is provided free of charge. Features and terms may evolve during this period.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and data you upload to DiecastVault. By uploading content, you grant DiecastVault a limited license to store and display it within the platform. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Public Profiles
If you enable your public profile, your collection will be visible to anyone with the link. You can disable this at any time in your settings. Your wishlist is never made public.
5. Advertising
DiecastVault may display third-party advertisements, including Google Ads, on certain pages of the platform. These ads are provided by Google AdSense and are governed by Google's advertising policies. DiecastVault does not control the content of these ads and is not responsible for advertised products or services.
6. Service Availability
DiecastVault is provided as-is during the beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features without notice.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
